Yes you can!. When we set up a new logo, we email you an image of a sewout (a test run) for you to approve before we embroider your actual items. For plain text, we don't normally do this—but we can, should you request it at checkout.
For embroidery, yes!. We can do embroidery on a number of items—all we ask is that they are clean when you bring them in. For screen printing, this is possible on some clothing items, but usually isn't possible on hats as the fabric needs to be flat
We typically aren't able to do same-day embroidery, as we almost always have a very long lineup of customers already waiting—so it wouldn't be very fair!. If you are able to pre-arrange this for a set date and time, we may be able to accommodate you—
