On rare occasions, parcels can be misplaced by Australia Post. In most instances, we are able to contact them to find the parcel, but at times, this is not possible.

For this reason, we now offer shipping insurance at checkout to protect your parcel against any loss, theft or damage that occurs during the delivery process.

Should you choose to add this and your parcel gets lost or stolen before delivery, you will either receive a full refund for the cost of your order, or a replacement at no extra cost.

It is automatically added to your cart at checkout, but you are more than welcome to de-select it if you would prefer not to have it.
