Can you send out my in-stock items separately to my backorder?Updated 9 months ago
Our standard procedure is to wait until all items in an order are in-stock and send them all out together.
However, we understand that you may need your in-stock items urgently, and are more than happy to split your shipment if you request it.
Please note: We do require an additional shipping payment in order to do this. If you contact our team to organise this, we can either take payment over the phone, or send you a payment link.
