My discount code isn't working.Updated 8 months ago

There are a few reasons your discount code may not be working.

1. It could be expired.

The majority of our discount codes are only valid for a limited time. Please ensure that the discount code you're using is still in-date.

2. It may have reached its usage limit.

Our discount codes are typically set to 'one use per customer', which means if you have used it before, it won't be valid again.

Similarly, some (such as codes for a specific hospital's staff) have a limited number of uses, so once this passes, it will no longer be valid.

3. It doesn't stack.

At present, our website only allows you to use one discount code at a time. If you try to apply multiple discount codes, it will automatically choose the one with the higher discount level.

For example, if you're purchasing a scrub set, our website will automatically apply a 5% discount code to your items—so if you then manually apply a 10% off discount code, the 5% discount will be removed and instead, replaced by the 10% discount.
